RECEPTIONIST:
We are looking for a friendly, organized, and energetic receptionist to join our team in Jbeil.
The receptionist will welcome guests, handle ticket and membership sales, explain park rules, manage wristbands and passes, answer customer questions, and ensure visitors have a smooth and enjoyable experience from the moment they arrive.
Requirements:
Good communication and customer service skills.
Friendly and professional attitude.
Basic cash handling and POS experience is a plus.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Arabic and English preferred.
PASS / EXPEDITER;
We are looking for an organized and fast-working pass / expediter to coordinate between the kitchen and service team at our water park.
The role includes checking orders before they leave the kitchen, ensuring accuracy and presentation, communicating with waiters and kitchen staff, and helping maintain smooth and efficient service during busy hours.
Requirements:
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to work under pressure.
Fast, organized, and attentive to details.
Previous restaurant or hospitality experience is a plus.
Positive attitude and reliability.
